The Peach trustees set the strategy for the charity but implementation of the strategy is the responsibility of the Peach staff.  The Peach team is headed by the CEO, Mandy Williams.  The clinical services are led by Kirsty Hayhoe and Suzy Yardley who job share the role of Clinical Manager.  Claire Cotterill is the Senior Case Manager with key responsibility for training new staff.  The Peach office is run by Office Manager, Lorraine Dench, while Tricia Brown is the Peach Helpline Officer.

Mandy Williams

Mandy Williams is the Peach CEO.  She joined Peach in 1999 and has extensive knowledge of the autism and ABA sectors.  Mandy is a graduate who worked as a career civil servant before becoming a freelance writer.  She has also served as a non-executive director of a major acute hospital and as a county councillor.

Kirsty Hayhoe

Kirsty Hayhoe BSc. MEd. DipHE. RNLD, GACT(ABA) BCBA job shares the role of Clinical Manager.  She joined Peach in 1999 and has worked for more than 15 years as a clinician on ABA programmes.  Kirsty leads clinical development and ensures the quality of Peach services.  Kirsty has an MSc and holds the BCBA qualification.

Suzy Yardley

Suzy Yardley BSc, MSc, BCBA has 15 years experience using ABA-based teaching for autism, and in the last 10 years has supervised programmes for more than a hundred children. Suzy joined Peach in 2003. She job shares the clinical manager role with Kirsty Hayhoe. Suzy leads on clinical development and ensures the quality of Peach services. Suzy holds a BSc in Psychology, a MSc in Behaviour Analysis and is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst.

Claire Cotterill

Claire Cotterill BA MSc BCBA is our Senior Case Manager.  She joined Peach in 2004 after working freelance as an ABA supervisor.  She has an MSc and holds the BCBA.  She supports the Peach clinical team and has special responsibility for training new case managers.

Tricia Brown

Tricia Brown joined Peach in January 2011 as the Helpline Officer. She deals with a wide variety of enquiries to the Peach office, researching information where we don’t have it to hand. Tricia is also improving the membership process, and supporting the work of the Peach clinical staff.

Lorraine Dench

Lorraine Dench is the Office Manager and ensures all office procedures are followed efficiently and correctly.  Lorraine trains new office staff and volunteers.  Lorraine has been the first point of call on the telephone/helpline since 2002 when she first started working at Peach.  This role has now been handed to Tricia Brown, our new Helpline Officer.  Lorraine is taking over the administration of the accounting procedures and continues to support the CEO, clinical staff and office staff.  Lorraine also compiles Speach together with Mandy Williams.
