You should schedule a workshop with a recognised Case Manager/Consultant as soon as possible. It is their job to train your team of tutors and set up the programmes your child will work on. Remember the programme is designed to meet the individual needs of your child, and will be set up to reflect his or her strengths and weaknesses.
